Materials

The different posts (average diameter: 100 to 120mm / 120 to 140mm) are made from sap free robinia. The robinia is sanded and has had its bark removed. Robinia is... naturally rot proof and does not require any additional chemical protection; it is equally extremely resistant to attacks from external sources (insects, fungi, climatic variations), guaranteeing the long term durability of the playground equipment. The stair treads (with average diameter 33 to 35cm) are made from sap free robinia. The robinia is sanded and has had its bark removed. The beams are made from natural Robinia wood or Douglas fir (plank sizes 45 x 68mm). Robinia wood or Douglas fir is naturally resistant and long lasting.

The tubes are made of 40mm diameter stainless steel, guaranteeing lasting durability and reliability of the equipment.

The chains are made of stainless steel.

The fixings for the nets and chains are made from aluminium.

The one-piece rail is made of stainless steel, Ø 76.1mm, 3.6mm thick. The trolley is made of stainless steel ensuring its durability.

The grip section of the stainless steel handle is overmoulded with rubber to give a good grip.

The 16mm diameter ropes are made of galvanised steel cable covered with polyester. The cables are linked together and held in place by injected polyamide spheres.
